Precision Gutters Ltd. warrants the workmanship of new installations for 10 years from the installation date, activated upon full payment. We offer a 1-year limited warranty for repairs and upgrades, and a 5-year limited warranty on built-in gutter repairs and upgrades. If installation issues arise, Precision Gutters Ltd. will inspect and either repair or replace the products at their discretion, free of charge. This warranty only covers the installation of the new system by Precision Gutters Ltd. and not defective materials, which are covered by the suppliers' warranties. The customer is responsible for the integrity of the structure to which products are attached. Water flow sound is not covered under this warranty.

Precision Gutters Ltd. is not liable for misuse, structural settling, natural disasters, or lack of maintenance. They are also not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages from any warranty breach. The sole remedy is product repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty.

Materials are supplied by reputable dealers and chosen based on project needs, though customers can specify suppliers in the original contract. Material warranties vary depending on the products and/or services selected, but Precision Gutters Ltd. aims to provide high-quality and protective options.

Please remember routine maintenance is required. Neglecting proper maintenance can lead to malfunction and may void your warranty.
